Founded in 1968 by Leonor and Jean-Marie Greyl, who shared a common passion for beautiful hair and the power of plants. In their Parisian institute, they developed an innovative vision for hair care, based on the conviction that healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp. While Leonor brought her expertise in hair care, Jean-Marie, as an engineer, combined botanical ingredients and natural oils into effective care formulas.

Today, Leonor Greyl remains an independent family business led by Caroline Greyl, daughter of the founders.
