Annick Goutal
Since its founding in Paris in 1981, Annick Goutal has represented a unique vision of perfumery: a world where emotion is more important than marketing, sincerity trumps strategy, and a perfume doesn't shout, but whispers. Each perfume is created as a personal story, inspired by life, memories, and the beauty of everyday moments. Founder Annick Goutal was originally a talented concert pianist and model, until she discovered her true calling in Grasse. There, she learned the art of the most beautiful natural raw materials and began composing perfumes like a musician writes a melody: intuitively, harmoniously, and full of emotion.
With her free spirit and uncompromising creativity, Annick Goutal was among the first perfumers to shape niche perfumery. Her fragrances are not fashion statements, but precious memories that bring a summer in Provence, a first love, or a special moment back to life.
After her passing in 1999, her poetic legacy lives on under the creative direction of her daughter Camille, who shares the same sensitivity and love for authentic perfumery. Annick Goutal remains true to its original philosophy: creating timeless fragrances that preserve memories, evoke emotions, and connect people in a subtle, genuine way.
