Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging. If the product is sealed, the seal must be intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned to us without a prior return request may not be processed. For any questions about returns, you can always contact us at shop@celeste-parfums.nl.

 

Return costs
The costs of returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless there has been an error on the part of Celeste Parfums, for example if you received an incorrect or damaged item.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.

 

Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned. This includes products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery. Examples include opened, used or unsealed perfumes, cosmetics, skincare products and other beauty products.

Personalised items, gift cards and products that cannot be resold due to use, damage or missing packaging also cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you would like is to return the item you have received and place a separate order for the new item once your return has been accepted.

 

Statutory withdrawal period in the EU
If you order from us online as a consumer and your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. This period starts on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, received the last item in your order.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal through your customer account, via the order status page, or by sending us a clear statement by email to shop@celeste-parfums.nl.

 

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

We process approved refunds as quickly as possible and no later than within 14 days. Please note that it may then take a few additional business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
