La Petite Madeleine

Founded in 2021 by Sophie and Guillaume Dufay out of a desire to create scented care products in a conscious and artisanal way. The arrival of their children made them think about the origin of ingredients, production methods, and the impact of cosmetics on people and the environment.

From their workshop in Troyes, they first developed handmade, cold-processed soaps, followed by a collection of Eau de Parfums and scented candles. Each creation is developed in collaboration with renowned perfumers and tells its own scent story, built from high-quality raw materials, local craftsmanship, and a genuine love for the craft. For La Petite Madeleine, perfume is not just a scent, but a story that is built step by step.

Sustainability and local production are the common thread within the perfume house. The perfumes are made with alcohol from French sugar beets and presented in bottles with a handmade cap of recycled cork and shell powder, making each bottle unique. The packaging is also produced close to the workshop using paper from sustainably managed forests and vegetable inks. By collaborating with local artisans and consciously choosing natural and recycled materials, La Petite Madeleine brings together traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design.
